Doc has been with the Privateers since March of 2000 and has been it's Treasurer since August, 2000 (see, it's not just an adventure, it's a job!)

Doc says her favorite functions are the fundraisers - theThieves Market and Mullet Smokes specifically. She loves to interact with the community while helping the youth of the island and it's diverse community.

Her 'other life' includes not only over 30 years as a high school teacher, she taught marketing, business law and accounting management and is a published author.
